Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, widely known as Portable, has turned himself in to the Lagos State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) in Yaba.
His surrender comes amid an ongoing police investigation into allegations of violent conduct and assault on government officials in Ogun State.
Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer Benjamin Hundeyin confirmed the development in a text message on Wednesday.
“Portable just turned himself in at the SCID Yaba. We have contacted Ogun State Police Command to come pick him up,” Hundeyin disclosed.
