Minister of Transportation, Chibuike Amaechi has asked Rivers people to compare their lives during his administration and the current administration to see which is better.
Amaechi, gave the charge at Polo Club in Port Harcourt during the state Congress of the All Progressives Congress.
According to him, during his time their were schools and students went to school free of charge, as their fees were paid by government.
Reacting to the electronic transmission of results by INEC, he described it as a welcome development, stressing that it will eliminate election malpractice through writing of results.
He also said direct primaries for emergence of flagbearers as ordered by the Senate, will afford party members an opportunity to choose their representatives.
However, he said it will give the rich and advantage over others.
