The Rivers Debate Group has published names of five gubernatorial candidates out of the eighteen guber candidates vying for the office of the governor, Rivers State to participate in the Rivers gubernatorial debate.
Senator Magnus Abe of the Social Democratic party, SDP, Pastor Tonye Cole of the All Progressive Congress, APC and Sir Sim Fubara of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP were listed as the top candidates voted to participate in the debate in a poll by the media partners. The other two candidates are Chief Dumo Lulu Briggs of the Accord and Comrade Beatrice Itubo of the Labour Party.
The selected candidates are to participate in the Rivers State Governorship Debate slated to hold on Wednesday February, 1st 2023.
