The Court of Appeal in Port Harcourt will today deliver judgement on an appeal by the All Progressives Congress challenging the disqualification of its governorship candidate, Tonye Cole on grounds that he has dual citizenship.
Justice Emmanuel Obile of the Federal High Court in Port Harcourt had disqualified Cole from contesting the forthcoming elections for being a dual national in a suit filed by the PDP.
The Appeal Court had during its last sitting said date for the judgement will be communicated to parties in the matter.
