The All Progressives Congress in Rivers State, has reacted to the defection of the lawmaker representing Tai/Eleme/Oyigbo Federal Constituency in Rivers State, Chisom Dike from the People’s Democratic Party to its fold.
Spokesperson of the party, Ogbonna Nwuke in a statement on Thursday, said the defection of Chisom Dike shows all is not well in the PDP.
Nwuke, said the poor leadership style of the party in the state is partly responsible for the defection of its members to the APC, adding that more persons are expected to join in the coming days.
He also said there is no single state government presence in Oyigbo, as he commended Dike, for the bold step describing it as a welcome development.
