The Chief of Naval Staff (CNS), Vice Admiral, Emmanuel Ikechukwu Ogalla on Friday, commissioned the new Training Housing in GRA Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The CNS was represented by the Flag Officer Commanding, Naval Training Command (FOC NAVTRAC), Rear Admiral IM Albara at the event in Port Harcourt.
Rear Admiral Albara expressed gratitude to the CNS for providing a more suitable Training House.
The occasion was attended by the Admiral Superintendent Naval Shipyard Limited, Rear Admiral EE Ebe, The Chief Staff Officer NAVTRAC, Rear Admiral AO Ayo-Vanghan as well as the Commandant Nigerian Navy Basic Training School, Commodore GJ Kachim, the Commandant Nigerian Naval College Ebubu-Eleme, Commodore BK Effiong and Commandant Nigerian Navy Hydrography School, Captain OS Giwa amongst others.
