Justice Olukayode Ariwoola is set to be sworn in as the acting Chief Justice of Nigeria, being the next most senior justice, a source said.
Justice, Muhammed became the substantive Chief Justice of Nigeria and Chairman National Judicial Council on Wednesday, 24th July, 2019.
