The Chairman of Emouha Local Government Area of Rivers State, Chidi Lloyd says a new vigilante group regulated by law will be established in the area.
Lloyd, in a statement on Thursday, said no responsible Government will allow a few miscreants take laws into their hands.
He explained that he never banned the operations of OSPAC in the area, but was only enforcing the ban by the former council boss, Tom Aliezi.
Lloyd, noted that the group was banned in the area after some of its members deviated from their mandate.
He stated that he appreciates the fact that OSPAC contributed to the relative peace enjoyed in the area today.
He also said: “if i had a video tape of how this Chairmanship job is, I would not have taken this job.
