Chairman of Emohua local government area, Hon. Chidi Lloyd has commenced construction of the first bank building in the area.
Chief Press Secretary of the council, Bright Jossy disclosed this in a statement Today.
According to him, the bank building is expected to upon completion be leased to a reputable financial institution for full bank operation.
His statement reads,
Construction of the first ever Bank Building in Emohua local government area commences in earnest at the local government council headquarters in Emohua Town.
It might interest you to know that Emohua local government area never had the presence of a financial institution since creation in 1991, until recently when the administration of Dr. Chidi Lloyd attracted the first ever ATM Gallery operated by Titan Trust Bank at the local government council secretariat complex.
The Bank Building project is in continuation of the ongoing transformation of the local government council headquarters as conceptualized by the administration of Dr..Chidi Lloyd.
The bank building is expected to upon completion be leased to a reputable financial institution for full bank operation, with a view to improving the socioeconomic life of the people of the area.
