The Chairman of Emohua local government area of Rivers state, Hon. Chidi Lloyd has banned the activities of Cart pushers in the area.
The Council chairman in a statement Today said the ban is due to security reasons.
He called on security operatives to arrest anyone caught flouting the directive.
Lloyd who said his administration is commited to the security of lives and property in the council, commended security operatives and the local vigilante for ensuring adequate security before and during the festive period.
He also commended Gov. Sim Fubara and the FCT Minister for the Christmas gifts to the LGA.
