The Civil Rights Organisations in Rivers State has called on the state Police Command to charge the 38-year-old man accused of defiling his two daughters in Port Harcourt to court.
Chairman of the Organisation, Prince Nwiro who made this known in a Statement in Port Harcourt today, said there are reports that some individuals want the matter to be settled out of court.
He called on the Police hierarchy to ensure justice is served on the matter so as to deter others from committing such offence.
