A three-minutes CCTV footage showing how late Alafuro Peterside was killed was today played at a High Court in Port Harcourt.
Explaining the video, the principal witness, a police IPO who conducted the investigation, Inspector Thomas Festus of the police homicide section explained that late Alafuro was shot at close range at about 10pm on the 3rd of August last year
He also explained that a blurred image which according to him was that of Amos Galadima shot late Alafuro Peterside while he was trying to drive out from a popular bar along Stadium road shortly after a robbery attack around the area which took place about 100 meters from the bar.
During cross examination, the defense counsel V.E. Jacob drew the attention of the witness Inspector Thomas Festus to a police report which states that late Alafuro Peterside was killed by unknown gunmen
At the end of cross examination by the defense counsel, trial judge Justice Joy Akpughunum adjourned the matter to 2nd and 3rd of Oct for continuation of cross examination of the witness.
