The Rivers State PDP Campaign Council will today hold a dedication service for the 2023 general election PDP campaign rallies.
Director General of the campaign council, Bro. Felix Obuah in a statement said the service will hold at the St. Paul’s Cathedral Diobu by 2:00pm.
