Grammy-winning Nigerian artist, Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy, has revealed that he is not considering starting a family anytime soon due to his ongoing global music tours.
The 34-year-old Afrobeats sensation made the disclosure during a recent interview with BBC Radio 1Xtra in London. When asked about his plans for settling down, Burna Boy said he is not ready to start a family while constantly on the road.
“Yeah, but I don’t want to start that on the road. I’m not planning on quitting tours anytime soon, so I don’t know where to now put that; find a middle ground,” he said.
The “African Giant” crooner also noted that his lack of parental responsibilities is one of the reasons he rarely takes holidays.
