Some Rivers youths have threatened to drag the Sole Administrator of the Rivers State Waste Management Agency, RIWAMA, Felix Obuah to court, should he fail to contest the governorship seat of the state.
Speaking to journalists during a rally few days ago, Coordinator of the group, Comrade Njoku Ebere, said Obuah has till the end of April to declare or face court action.
According to him, the RIWAMA boss had proven that he has integrity and the capacity to succeed Governor, Nyesom Wike.
He noted that the incumbent Governor, Wike has performed extremely well and for this, Rivers State needs a transformer in the person of Obuah to succeed him.
“It is on this premise that we earnestly call on the youth-friendly leader, Hon. Felix Amaechi Obuah, a philanthropist with a difference, a developer of men and women, an employer of labour and one of the talent uplifters, the CEO of more than 48 companies with youths gainfully employed and established across the state, to go for us,” he said.
“We will file a suit against you if you break the heart of millions of Rivers people by failing to declare or declaring late,” he added.
