Mrs. Bulabari Henrietta Loolo has emerged as the winner of the All Progressives Congress (APC) primaries for Khana Constituency II, ahead of the February 21st bye-election in Rivers State.
Mrs. Loolo, who is the widow of the late Hon. Barrister Dunebari Loolo — the former lawmaker representing Khana Constituency II who passed away in 2023 — secured the party’s ticket to contest in the upcoming bye-election.
Her victory positions her as the APC’s candidate in the race to fill the vacant seat in the Rivers State House of Assembly.
