The Supreme Court has dismissed the suit by the People’s Democratic Party challenging alleged double nomination of Vice President-elect, Kashim Shettima as the running mate to Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The apex court in its ruling agreed with the lower courts that the PDP lacks the locus standi to institute the case.
