An Appeal Court sitting in Abuja has upheld the ruling of a Federal High Court which reinstated impeached Deputy Governor of Edo State, Phillip Shaibu.
The Court, dismissed an appeal brought before it by the Edo State House of Assembly in the impeachment Case against Comrade Philip Shaibu, Today.
The Court, reiterated that Shaibu remains the Deputy Governor and warned any other person parading himself either by himself, privy or servants to stop or face the legal consequences.
