Rivers State Administrator, Ibok-Ete Ibas, has directed all heads of local government administration to submit comprehensive reports on their councils.
The reports must include details on the number of staff on the nominal roll, categorized by cadre, as well as sources of revenue generation. Additionally, administrators are expected to outline their achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
This directive aims to assess the state of local governance and enhance administrative efficiency across the state.
