The Rivers state Police Command has reportedly found the body of notorious gang leader David Okpolowu aka 2baba, accused of killing former Ahoada DPO, SP Bako Angbashim.
2Baba’s corpse was said to have been recovered last night in forest in Ahoada West LGA of the state.
However, the Police is yet to confirm the incident. Efforts to reach spokesperson of the command proved abortive.
Recall that the Police had in a statement said they were searching for the body of 2baba – who was severly shot at during a gun battle with operatives of the command in a forest in Ahoada few days ago.
