The Rivers State Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Abuja will on Monday, October 2 2023 deliver judgement on the gubernatorial election petition brought before it by the APC, Labour party and Accord party.
The petitioners are challenging the declaration of Sim Fubara as winner of the March 18 governorship election by the Independent National Electoral Commission.
