A Rivers State High Court sitting in Port Harcourt has restrained the People’s Democratic Party from holding it’s planned Congress scheduled for July, 27 2024.
The Court also restrained the PDP from extending the already expired tenure of executives of the party and adjourned the case to 19th July 2024.
The case was instituted by Hon. David Omereji, Hon. Solomon Abel Eke and 9 others
