A Rivers State High Court has restrained the Chief Judge of the State, Simeon Amadi and the Clerk of the State Assembly from having any dealings with the Amaewhule-led state assembly.
Recall that Amaewhule and his men on Monday, issued a 7-day ultimatum to Gov Fubara to re-present the state budget, accusing him of gross misconduct.
