The Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) has called off its indefinite strike, which lasted 29 days, following a new agreement reached with the Federal Government.
The suspension, announced on Saturday, comes after fresh negotiations between NARD leadership and government officials, paving the way for resident doctors to return to work nationwide.
Details of the agreement are expected to be shared publicly as the implementation process begins.
