A boat with 12 passengers onboard capsized at the Abonnema Wharf in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The incident occurred on Friday afternoon as all passenger onboard were rescued alive.
We gathered that all passengers of the boat were not wearing life jackets which is the least required safety measure for passengers.
