The Presidency has clarified that ministers were today, discharged and not sacked as widely reported.
Special Adviser on Information and Strategy to the President, Bayo Onanuga, made the clarification when he appeared on TVC.
According to him, the term “sacked” does not accurately describe their departure.
“Ministers were not sacked; they were discharged,” he said.
