The second day nationwide Street Protest of the Nigeria Labour Congress will not hold as it has suspended the action.
Reports say the union suspended the street protest after holding an emergency NEC meeting which reviewed the success of the first day.
However, the NLC said it will continue the protest tomorrow with simultaneous Press Conferences across all the states of the federation by the state Councils of the Congress including the National Headquarters.
It also reaffirmed and extended the 7-day ultimatum by another 7 days which now expires on the 13th day of March 2024 within which the Government is expected to meet its demands.
