Former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar has emerged the Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
Atiku defeated his closest rival, the Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike with a total number of 371 votes.
Gov. Wike pulled a total vote of 238
The result was announced on Saturday night at the national convention of the people’s democratic party which held at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium in Abuja.
