There are reports that a High Court sitting in Calabar, Cross river State, has issued a fresh order stopping Uche Secondus from parading himself as National Chairman of the party.
According to the report, the order was issued on Friday, by Justice Eden Ita Kooffreh, few hours after a court sitting in Kebbi reinstated Secondus as Chairman of the party.
The court also restrained him from participating at the National Executive Committee meeting slated for Saturday.
