The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared Hon. Napoleon Ukalikpe of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the winner of the Ahoada East Constituency II by-election in Rivers State.
Ukalikpe polled 3,980 votes to clinch victory in the election, which was held without the participation of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the African Democratic Congress (ADC), as both parties did not submit candidates.
Full Results: AA – 33; APC – 3,980; APN – 38; BP – 11; NNPP – 7; YPP – 7; ZLP – 6.
With the declaration, Ukalikpe will represent Ahoada East Constituency II in the Rivers State House of Assembly.
