The Rivers State Governor, Sim Fubara says he will rather resign than govern the state on his kneels to show loyalty.
The governor made this known when the Ogbakor-Etche visited him at Government House in Port Harcourt Today.
According to him, he will continue to deliver the dividends of democracy to Rivers people, adding that he will prioritize healthcare, education, agriculture amongst others.
