The Rivers State Governor, Sim Fubara has appointed 8 new commissioners following the resignation of some commissioners in his cabinet.
The new commissioners are;
Hon. Prince Charles O. Bekee
Mr. Collins N. Onunwo
- Hon. Solomon Eke
- Sir. Dr. Peter N. Medee
- Hon. Elloka Tasie Amadi
- Hon. Basoene Joshua Benibo
- Mr. Tambari Sydney Gbara, and
- Dr. Ovy Orluideye Chinendum Chukwuma
Meanwhile, the Hon. Victor Oko-Jumbo-led House of Assembly has invited the nominees for screening and confirmation as members of the Rivers State Executive Council.
