Residents of Egede, Okwelle Waterfront in Diobu, Rivers State are currently lamenting delayed response by the state’s fire service as fire guts buildings and properties in the area.
Residents are still struggling to put out the fire, which broke out this morning, as they await the arrival of officials of the state Civil Service.
