BREAKING: FCT Police Arrest 12 Suspects Over Killing of ARISE News Staff in AbujaThe Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command has arrested 12 members of a notorious armed robbery gang allegedly responsible for the brutal killing of ARISE News staff, Somtochukwu Christella Maduagwu, and a security guard, Barnabas Danlami.
The victims were reportedly attacked during a robbery incident at Unique Apartments, Gishiri Village, Katampe District, Abuja.
According to the FCT Police Command, the arrests followed a coordinated intelligence-led operation that led to the apprehension of the suspects believed to have been behind a series of violent robberies in the area.
The Command assured residents of its commitment to ensuring justice for the victims and maintaining security across the FCT, while investigations into the incident continue.
