The Rivers State APC Secretariat along Aba Road in Port Harcourt has been reportedly attacked with explosives by suspected armed thugs.
Sources, say the armed thugs attacked the secretariat this morning with explosives suspected to be dynamite.
The Police was yet to react to the incident as at press time.
