Embattled National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Iyorchia Ayu has stepped aside from his position.
Ayu, who was suspended by executives of his ward in Benue State few days ago, has handed over to Deputy National Chairman (North), Hon. Iliya Damagum.
