The Court of Appeal has upheld the earlier decision of the Federal High Court stopping the planned national convention of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
In its judgment, the appellate court also dismissed the appeal filed by the Turaki-led PDP executive committee, thereby affirming the lower court’s ruling on the matter.
