PRESS RELEASE
The Bonny Local Government Council, under the leadership of the Chairman, Amasenibo Hon. Abinye Blessing Pepple, DSSRS, wishes to invite all stakeholders and the general public to a Town Hall Meeting on the temporary opening of the Bodo–Bonny Road.
The meeting is scheduled to hold on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at Ibanise Town Hall, Bonny, by 11:00 a.m. prompt.
The Town Hall Meeting aims to engage all stakeholders on safety, traffic coordination, and other preparatory measures ahead of the temporary opening of this strategic road that links Bonny to the rest of Rivers State.
Attendance is open to multinationals, traditional rulers, titled citizens, security agencies, the clergy, academia, civil society organizations, student community and youth leaders, women leaders, indigenes, and non-indigenes of Bonny Local Government Area.
