The Caretaker Committee Chairman of Bonny Local Government Area, Dame Hon Anengi Barasua Claude-Wilcox, DSSRS, JP., today played host to Pastor Andrew Osagie, the Rivers State Overseer of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry together with other senior leaders of the Church at Government Lodge, Bonny.
Addressing her guests, the Council Boss who was represented by the Honourable Supervisor for Health, Mrs Doris Francis Hart, said the visit was timely following the need for collaborative prayers towards intensifying the peace and progress of Bonny LGA while commending the church for their numerous efforts in improving lives for the overall wellbeing of society.
Earlier, the Overseer of Deeper Life Bible Church in Rivers State, Pastor Andrew Osagie said they were on the visit to notify the local government of their forthcoming mega crusade in the LGA tagged; “emancipation through the God of wonders”, which is to commence on Thursday, July 11th through 14th, with a view to win souls for God’s kingdom, and foster divine blessings for the people and the land of Bonny.
