The Chairman of Bonny Local Government Area, Amasenibo Hon. Abinye Blessing Pepple, has approved a fresh round of appointments into various advisory and assistant roles aimed at bolstering the effective execution of his administration’s development agenda.
In a statement released by the Media and Communications Office on Saturday, Pepple announced new appointments across strategic sectors, including media, health, creative economy, entertainment, and youth development.
In the Media and Communications Office, Uche Egeonu was named Special Assistant on Communications; Tonye Jackmay, Special Assistant on Electronic Media; while Williams Ogbah and Omie Tolofari were appointed Special Assistants on Social Media.
Other appointees include Hon. Marvelous Bristol as Executive Assistant on Legislative Duties; Justus Jim Halliday as Senior Special Assistant on Entertainment and Tourism; Olivia Lawson as Special Assistant on Creative Economy and Arts; Valentine Jackmay as Senior Special Assistant on Youth Development; Matilda Kambassa Jumbo as Senior Special Assistant on Gender Integration; Sarah Georgewill as Senior Special Assistant on Education; Dr. Humphrey Dan-Jumbo as Senior Special Assistant on Health; and Richard Ibani Benstowe as Senior Special Assistant on Culture.
In addition, Hope Biegbana Pepple was appointed Adviser on ICT; Benice Tolofari, Adviser on Environment; and Gloria S. Pepple, Adviser on Women Affairs.
The statement further noted that over 100 additional individuals were appointed as Advisers, Senior Special Assistants, Special Assistants, Executive Assistants, and Personal Aides, with the full list attached to the release.
Chairman Pepple congratulated the new appointees and urged them to uphold the values of diligence, innovation, and integrity while working toward realizing the administration’s vision of a progressive and prosperous Bonny.
