The body of a new born baby has been discovered at a manhole by Ikwerre Road along Ekwe Street in Mile 3 Diobu, Port Harcourt.
Chief Security Officer of Mile 3, Godstime Ihunwo disclosed this in a statement Today.
According to him, the baby was discovered at about 5:00am during a routine inspection.
Meanwhile, a human Rights Activist, Prince Wiro has condemned the act and called on anyone with any useful information that will lead to the arrest of the mother to step forward.
