The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has called on the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to investigate the allegations that some of its officers received ₦15 million from Idris Okuneye, widely known as Bobrisky to drop his money laundering charges.
President of the NBA, Mazi Afam Osigwe (SAN), made the call in a statement on Thursday.
Osigwe in the statement emphasized the need for a thorough and independent inquiry involving the Attorney General of the Federation and the Office of the National Security Adviser.
