A Lagos State High Court has ordered popular social media activist, VeryDarkMan to pay the sum of N500 million to Femi Falana as damages for defamation.
Justice M. O. Idowu, in his ruling Today, also ordered VDM to delete defamatory comments and posts against the Senior Advocate.
According to the judge, VDM ‘s posts and comments were “defamatory and injurious” to Falana and his son’s public reputations.
