Pay TV service provider, Multichoice Nigeria, has reacted to rumors making the rounds that auditioning for this year’s edition of the Big Brother Naija reality TV show has started.
The organizers of the show in a statement on its official Twitter handle on Saturday, denied the reports and advised Nigerians to ignore it.
They said the next edition of the show is yet to be announced, stating that fans and customers will be notified at the appropriate time through their official social media handles, and other credible news platforms.
“Our attention has been drawn to a call for auditions for Big Brother Naija, BBNaija season 6.
“Please note that this report is false and members of the public are called to ignore this misleading information,” part of the statement read.
