Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Mohammed, has called on the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, to resign from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), accusing him of engaging in anti-party activities.
Mohammed alleged that Wike is working in favor of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and urged him to formalize his alignment by officially joining the party.
He further criticized Wike’s alleged attempts to damage his reputation, describing them as desperate and ineffective. Mohammed claimed Nigerians are aware of the minister’s purported motives.
In response, Wike, through his media aide, Lere Olayinka, dismissed the accusations and labeled Mohammed a “greedy politician.”
