Armed bandits on Thursday abducted about 280 pupils from Government Secondary School Kuriga, Chikun LGA of Kaduna state.
According to DailyPost, a teacher, Sani Abdullahi in a statement revealed that one person was killed while about 280 pupils including teachers were abducted by the bandits.
The teacher gave the total number Thursday evening when the Kaduna state governor, Senator Uba Sani, along side government officials visited the area.
The abductors were said to have invaded the schools located in the same proximity on Thursday at about 8am.
