It has come to the attention of the Executive Chairman, Hon. Onengiyeofori George, DSSRS, that certain individuals, including those close to the Government, have been involved in the unauthorized removal of government property, specifically cables, within Buguma City. This illegal activity has been conducted without the knowledge or approval of the Executive Chairman.
The general public is hereby urged to report any individual or group of persons engaged in the theft of government property, regardless of whether these individuals are government officials, political appointees, or otherwise connected to the government in Asari-Toru LGA. Such actions not only constitute a crime but also tarnish the reputation of the Executive Chairman and undermine the progress and development of our dear LGA.
All government officials, political appointees, and individuals close to the Government in Asari-Toru LGA are strictly warned against any form of theft or misappropriation of public assets. The Executive Chairman emphasizes that any person found participating in such illegal activities will face immediate arrest and prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
The residents of Buguma City and the wider Asari-Toru LGA are encouraged to remain vigilant and proactive in safeguarding our community’s assets. Reports of theft or suspicious activities should be made promptly to the appropriate authorities to ensure swift action is taken.
