Former Niger Delta militant leader and traditional ruler, His Royal Highness Asari Dokubo, has declared his full commitment to supporting President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration, pledging to do everything within his capacity to ensure the President’s success.
Dokubo made the declaration during a visit by the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, to his palace.
Speaking at the meeting, the monarch described President Tinubu as his friend and reaffirmed his loyalty, stressing that he would stand by the President through all circumstances.
“Like you said, my friend, everything that is going to happen, I will be with you in making sure that my friend, the President, succeeds,” Dokubo said. “Everything that I am capable of doing, I will do to make sure that he succeeds.”
The visit underscored the growing political engagements among key figures in the Niger Delta region and highlighted continued expressions of support for the Tinubu-led administration.
