The Caretaker Committee Chairman of Asari-Toru Local Government Area, Hon. Orolosama Amachree has presented wheelchairs, cash prizes to physically challenged persons in the area.
The chairman, during the presentation on Tuesday, also gifted cash prizes to the beneficiaries and the elderly in the area.
He vowed to pay them monthly after collecting their bank details, adding that they were instructed by the state governor to empower their people.
