The Executive Chairman of Obio Akpor LGA, Hon. Barr. George Ariolu has warned Mr. Chijioke Ihunwo whom he described as a drug addict and land-grabber to stop disgracing the youths of Obio/Akpor because of what the stomach will eat.
Ariolu issued the warning while addressing congregants in a Thanksgiving service organized by the youths of Obio/Akpor LGA on Sunday at Ebenezer Anglican Church Rumuowha, Eneka Deanery.
According to him, Ihunwo wants to destroy his own people that have made their marks because of a plate of porridge and crumbs that falls from the master’s table.
He stated that the average Obio/Akpor youth is purposeful, focused and hardworking that’s why you can find several graduates among the youths.
He said, “I stand firm to tell them that all of them that are engaged in all these vices should go and check their DNA and know who their fathers are”
“O.K. Chinda has been on the programme of buying JAMB forms and WAEC forms for people. This is a man that is diligently serving his people. A voice in the National Assembly and one drug addict is insulting him. It’s a pity”
“In this last election, I reiterate, I was the Campaign Coordinator of our party in the LGA. In 2014-2015 election that ushered in our leader and father, Chief Barr. Nyesom Ezenwo Wike as Governor of Rivers State, I was also the Campaign Coordinator”
“Chijioke Ihunwo has never ever been part of our campaign team in planning out how we will succeed in elections. He has never been close to it. The best I heard of is that he is a unit leader in his community. His community is just one of the communities in about six to seven communities making up Ward1”
“We know that the last election we had BIVAS machines, accreditation took place and it was recorded. How reasonable can a man be that you wrote results for somebody which result?
“Our youths are not Esau who sold his birthright because of a plate of porridge”
Recall that Ihunwo who is the Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria in Rivers state had in a statement said Labour Party won the last elections in the state, but the results were written by him and some others in favour of the PDP.
